Receive your written Scope of Work

Within 48 hours of your discovery call, KEYE delivers a written Scope of Work — your specific deliverables, timeline, investment, and the exact terms of the engagement.

Sign and start

Once the SOW is signed and your deposit is received, onboarding begins. Google Drive is set up, the kickoff call is scheduled, and active work starts within the first week.

Receive your deliverables and your Binder

Every KEYE engagement closes with a complete Client Master Binder — the full record of your organization’s infrastructure, delivered in one organized, professional document system.

How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the package. Foundation Package: 2 weeks. Build Package: 4–6 weeks. Launch Package: 8–12 weeks. Full Engagement: 3–6 months. Timelines are built into your written Scope of Work.
What do I need to have ready before the discovery call?
Nothing formal. Come ready to talk honestly about where your organization is — your current stage, what you have already done, and what you are trying to build. The more honest the conversation, the better the engagement.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. Completely free, no obligation. If there is not a strong fit, KEYE will tell you — and may refer you to a better resource. KEYE only takes engagements where we believe we can produce real results.
How is payment structured?
All packages require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is invoiced at the milestone or completion point outlined in your Scope of Work. Payment via bank transfer, Zelle, or check.
What if my organization is brand new and has no funding?
The Foundation and Build Packages are specifically designed for early-stage organizations. Many KEYE clients start with limited resources. The engagement is an investment in the infrastructure that allows you to access the resources you need.
