As a person who knows what it is to build something from nothing — who has navigated IRS applications, board governance crises, grant rejections, program design, and every organizational challenge that comes with running a mission-driven organization without a blueprint — my name is , and I am known as the consultant who builds the infrastructure beneath the mission.
I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of KEYE Consulting Firm, a boutique nonprofit and small business consulting practice with offices in Miami, FL, Charlotte, NC, and Columbus, OH. I am also the Executive Director of Always Believing Foundation, a youth nonprofit serving girls and young women in Charlotte, NC and Miami, FL — which means I am never advising from a distance. I am always in the work.
The KEYE Method™ was not built in a classroom. It was built through 17 years of running real organizations in real communities — designing governance systems, building boards, writing grants that get funded, designing programs, and creating the operational architecture that allows mission-driven organizations to function, grow, and become genuinely funder-ready.
